We explain how the process works, answer your questions and learn about your coaching business, clients and goals.
- Define the direction
Shape the app requirements.
You can provide detailed app requirements, or we can prepare two project concepts based on the information you share with us.
- Up to 7 days
Confirm the project.
Once the initial payment is made, we produce the development plan, project guidelines and documentation. This stage takes up to seven days and also forms the cancellation period.
- Guided setup included
Prepare the publishing accounts.
If the project continues, production begins. We guide you through registering Apple Developer and Google Play accounts and provide detailed instructions for Google, Apple, Supabase and any other required tools. If you prefer, we can assist you with the setup at no additional project cost.
- Throughout the build
Stay involved as we develop.
We remain in contact throughout development to discuss progress, clarify details and make the practical decisions needed to keep the app moving forward.
- Usually 4–6 weeks
Receive the test builds.
When the app is ready for review, we contact you and help make the tester versions available through your Apple and Google accounts.
- 5-day review window
Test, report and refine.
You have five days to test the app and report issues or reasonable change requests. We normally include two rounds of reasonable changes. At the same time, you receive access to your personal training web panel.
- Completion and ownership
Approve, document and hand over.
While the apps move through approval, we complete the final implementation, documentation and formal completion process, including the agreed app licence, GitHub repository access and the technical specification.

Your app goes live, your clients can start using it and, if we have earned it, you leave us a great review online.

Who is the promotional offer for?
It is for genuine UK personal training, coaching or fitness-related businesses purchasing the app for business purposes.
Can a private consumer buy the promotional package?
No. The offer is business-to-business only and is not available for mainly personal, household or non-business use.
Which business structures can qualify?
Eligible structures may include sole traders, limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and other recognised UK business structures.
Will I need to prove that I run a fitness business?
Conviboost may request reasonable evidence of your business status and any relevant registration before accepting the project.
How many promotional places are available?
The promotion is limited to a maximum of 20 Personal Trainer App packages.
When does the promotion end?
It ends when all 20 packages have been purchased or on 31 March 2027, whichever happens first.
When is a promotional place treated as purchased?
A place is treated as purchased once Conviboost has accepted the project and received the Initial Payment.
Does registering interest reserve a place?
No. Registration records your interest only. A place is secured after project acceptance and receipt of the Initial Payment, subject to availability.
